DeChille (AD Chiller)

DeChille (via Adsorption technology) uses silica gel and water as the adsorbent and refrigerant respectively to generate the cooling effect. It is driven by clean energy - either waste heat emissions from factories or solar thermal energy.

DeChille is currently positioned as an environmental air conditioning system. Advon currently offers DeChille systems ranging from 5Rton to 50Rton.

Advantages of DeChille as compared to AB Chillers:

• Non-toxic refrigerant (water)
• Longer Life Expectancy of >30 years
• No regular maintenance required as silica gel (adsorbent) can last for >30 years
