Mr. Tan Keng Hong has vast experience in Business Development. Also known as Roy, he started his career in a Telecommunication MNC in 2001 where he worked as a Product Development Manager for 4 years. In this job, he acquired useful experiences on product development and successfully developed and launched several tele-mobile services. Roy joined Aik Moh Paints & Chemicals Pte Ltd (Aik Moh) in 2005.

Currently, Roy is the Executive Manager at Aik Moh, managing most of her operations. In 2008, Roy was tasked to take on Advon into his portfolio by Aik Moh's management.

Roy has a MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and an Electrical Engineering Degree (First Class) from National University of Singapore.

Mr. Yong Yiam Sing

Mr. Yong Yiam Sing has more than 20 years of experience since graduating from National University of Singapore with Mechanical Engineering Degree. Since graduation, Mr. Yong has worked in several engineering companies as a project engineer in solar heater system, boiler system and other plumbing systems. Mr. Yong has vast experience in completing various solar-related commercial projects both locally and overseas.
